2. Services
TradePresence provides:
- Website design and development
- Website hosting and maintenance
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Ongoing updates and support (where agreed)
3. Payments
Upfront fees
- Any initial setup or build fee must be paid in full before work begins
Monthly services
- Monthly fees are billed in advance
- Payments must be made on time to maintain active service
TradePresence reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
4. Revisions & changes
- Minor updates may be included depending on your plan
- Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
- Larger updates or redesigns will be quoted separately before work begins
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide all required content, images, and information
- Ensure all content provided is accurate and owned by you
- Respond in a reasonable timeframe to requests
Delays in providing content may result in project delays.
6. Ownership & licensing
- All websites created by TradePresence remain the property of TradePresence
- Clients are granted a licence to use the website while their monthly plan remains active
- This licence is non-transferable and does not grant ownership of the website
If the monthly service is cancelled or payments stop:
- The licence to use the website is revoked
- The website and associated services may be suspended or removed
Website files, design, and structure are not provided or transferable unless agreed in writing.
7. Termination of service
- Clients may cancel monthly services with reasonable notice (e.g. 30 days)
- Upon cancellation, the website and related services will be taken offline
- TradePresence is not responsible for maintaining, transferring, or providing website files after cancellation
- Reactivation of services may require additional setup fees
8. Hosting & third-party services
- Hosting is provided as part of the monthly service (where applicable)
- TradePresence uses third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and other services
- We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers
9. Liability
- TradePresence is not liable for business losses, missed enquiries, or loss of income
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or results
- Services are provided using industry best practices, but outcomes may vary
10. Cancellations & refunds
- Upfront fees are non-refundable once work has started
- Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered
11. Changes to terms
TradePresence may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
